Petroclamp Sdn Bhd was formed based on the R&D collaboration between the Faculty of Chemical Engineering, University Technology MARA (UiTM) and the industry expertise in 2008 to venture into oil and gas industry.

UiTM is one of the prestigious universities in Malaysia with vast experience in the research work and Patents owned.

The university is fully supported by the Malaysian Government. While, Petroclamp Sdn Bhd is a company structured to highly active in petrochemical & mechanical engineering works and steel fabrication in the petrochemical, downstream oil and gas industry. In upstream activities Petroclamp Sdn Bhd is venturing into Directional Drilling and Completion technology services.
